When you book a demo, we collect your name, work email address, and any phone number or message you choose to provide. We also collect the domain portion of your work email to help us understand the organization you represent.

We use this information to respond to your request, arrange and deliver a demo, and communicate about Devis and related services. We do not sell personal information or use it to train external models.

We process demo requests based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We retain your information only for as long as needed for these purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
